Action and Repression on the Philippines
An activist from Manila speaks about his work. We will discuss on the historical continuation of non-hierarcical politics as well as offer an insight into recent projects. For instance, he will present the Food not Bomb-Action, Campaign against Police Brutality, The Mobile Anarchist School, Media Project and creating Information-Points. He would report on the resistance against land grabbing, struggles of the mine workers and the ecological consequence of neocolonial projects in the Philippines. He will emphasise on his experience about the repression by the police and the judicary as well as their resistance against that.

Ein Aktivist aus Manila berichtet von seinen Aktivitäten. Dabei geht es sowohl um historische Kontinuitäten herrschaftsfreier Politik als auch um die Vorstellung aktueller Projekte. Beispiele hierfür sind Food not Bombs-Aktionen, Kampagnen gegen Polizei-Brutalität, die Mobile Anarchist School, publizistische Projekte sowie der Aufbau von Infoläden. Berichtet wird zudem von indigenen Widerständen gegen Land Grabbing, von den Kämpfen der Minenarbeiter_innen und von den
ökologischen Folgen neokolonialer Projekte auf den Philippinen. Einen Schwerpunkt wird auf die Erfahrungen mit Repression durch Polizei und Justiz gesetzt und anschließend wird auf Widerstand dagegen eingegangen.
